"We turned into the drive and as we approached the castle it was a real wow moment. The disappointment was that check In for our room was at the leisure centre desk, I so wanted to walk up the steps of the castle and take in the atmosphere. Saying that the staff were all very very friendly, courteous and loved petting our dog. The food in The Bistro was amazing, we arrived on steak night and it was cooked to perfection.
